Bio I am a mama, wife, sister, and daughter! I am a RYT-500 and! I have been teaching yoga since 2018 and have been practicing since 2015. I live in Wadsworth with my husband, Joe, my son (the absolute greatest joy of my life), Austin, and our dog, Louie. In addition to yoga, I also teach first grade full time, am a certified holistic life coach, and a Reiki master! I love to learn, read, and spend time with my family!
